Kick-off for the West Oakland Infrastructure Study and walking field tour of Subarea 15 with Chris Mills of BKF Engineering.  (We will arrange another field tour of Subarea 17, the 3rd & Market area, for another date.)  Please note to wear comfortable walking shoes and jackets.  If we are rained out, then the meeting will conclude at 5:00, with inside discussion only.
